In winter, the Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area offers varied slopes for beginners, families, and experienced skiers. Professional ski schools and children’s ski courses support the little ones with their first turns, while experienced winter sports enthusiasts discover the ski area together. Away from the slopes, tobogganing, winter hiking, horse-drawn carriage rides, and other snow experiences create special family moments. The mountain lifts are about a five-minute walk from your apartment or easily accessible by the free ski bus, which stops directly in front of the house every 15 minutes.
